How long will my order take?

Orders usually take between 3-5 weeks. However, all orders are different and delivery time will vary. You will be informed of your delivery date upon the acceptance of your quote.

Can you rush through my order quickly ?

Don’t panic! If you have left everything to the last minute PAPERARTZI will make every effort to accommodate you. Visit our store, or contact us ASAP to discuss further! A small additional fee may apply.

Do you have other fonts to choose from?

We have compiled a list of our favourite alternative fonts which we can email you upon request.

Is there a minimum order?

There is NO minimum order quantity. However, prices based in our Packages are for a minimum of 30 invitations.

What does your pricing include?

All invitation packages include the invitation and a coordinating envelope. Packages have been priced so that there are no addition extras necessary to send out your invitations. Printed guest names and clear gloss address labels are also available at no additional cost in our Luxury and Couture Collections, or can be an additional option in the Boutique Collection.

Do you ship nationally?

All orders are most welcome! We use several post and courier options for prompt and affordable delivery anywhere!

What are my payment options?

Payments can be made via credit card, direct deposit or cheque.
